Responsibilities:

You will be making constant changes to our website, control panel and billing area. You're expected to be a team player, open minded and creative. This job is primarily backend related.

 Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have the ability to communicate with others.

Responsibilities:

You're primarily responsible for assisting customers with their mods and mod packs.

 Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have the ability to communicate with others.
  • Have a stable internet connection.
  • Be able to use Slack for remote communications.
  • Be capable of working alone and taking responsibilities. We're a small team so everything you do and say has an impact.
  • General Minecraft server knowledge in terms of Bukkit, Spigot, plugins, vanilla, ....
  • Capable of debugging, fixing and setting up modded servers.
  • Strong understanding of English grammar and mechanics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mods, mod packs, forge, etc within Minecraft. Not only clientside, but also serverside.
  • Familiarity with Multicraft and WHMCS as well as related problems and solutions is a plus.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.
